We’re probably a little more idealistic than your average SEO consulting agency. Growing our clients’ revenue and visibility is a priority, of course, but we also believe in the power of editorial integrity, original and expert sources, rigorous research and analysis, and equitable practices in all things. We are motivated by the problematic and subpar content we see in search results each day. We want to make online information, experiences, and transactions better for all users, but especially for those with limited digital media literacy who are frequently targeted by scams and misinformation. This mission goes hand in hand with our clients’ success: At its core, good content is good business.

About Sarah McNaughton
Founder & CEO
Sarah McNaughton is an award-winning content strategist, journalist, SEO consultant, and editorial workflow expert. She has more than a decade of experience working in digital media at every rung on the editorial ladder, from Editorial Assistant to Vice President. The majority of her career has been in health, science, and lifestyle journalism, but she’s always gravitated more toward the SEO side of content creation and strategy. As a result, she’s especially passionate about improving the quality of information in search results related to health queries.
Sarah received her master’s degree in Magazine Journalism from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and both of her bachelor’s degrees in News/Editorial and Magazine Journalism with a Multimedia Design minor from the University of Oregon.
In her spare time, Sarah mentors young writers and journalists through programs like Girls Write Now and NYU’s AJO Mentorship Program. She also enjoys gardening, cross stitching, and collecting memes. Originally from Denver, she now lives in Jersey City with her husband, daughter, cat, and many houseplants.
